On Friday night at the Asmara restaurant you may try our special Eritrean menu to experience a wonderful taste of Africa.
Our menu proposes “Zighinì with anghera”, prepared with chopped beef cooked with berberè, an extraordinary spicy powder, strong in taste and aroma, served with the traditional round flat bread, the anghera; or “Dorhò”, similar to Zighinì, but prepared with chicken. Then, “Kiftò”, an African style tartare seasond with berberè.
If yuo prefer vegetables, you may wish to try “Tuntumò” prepared with all the vegetables with a taste of spicy aromas; or the artichokes with a yogurt sauce or the spinach with raisins.
And finally, the desserts like pineapple with coconut powder, or ricotta cheese with saffron, or bananas Nyala style, prepared with honey and cinnamon.
